CNC SET-UP SPECIALIST
Experience with set up reduction principals and the ability to develop a plan to manage the on line and off line tasks is preferred. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in setting up either CNC mills (horizontal and vertical) or lathes (Experience setting up both is a huge plus). Knowledge of blueprints and inspection tools is required.

Manufacturing Engineer, CNC Focus: IMMEDIATE NEEDS!
Manufacturer of precision machined components between Milwaukee and Madison, WI is actively looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with CNC programming expertise for permanent employment. Applicant must have an Associates Degree in a related field and 3 to 5 years of G - Code programming experience and solid experience using a mainstream CAD/CAM software package (Previous Solidworks 2008+ & ESPRIT 2007+ experience is a plus). Previous experience with 4+ axis milling, turning, and millturn centers, and understanding of proper tool application is required. Previous machining and set-up experience a plus.

CMM PROGRAMMER
Manufacturer of precision machined components between Milwaukee and Madison,WI is actively looking for CMM Programmer for permanent employment. Applicant must have at least 5 years experience programming CMM’s in a precision machining environment. Experience with Ziess Calypso software and/or Cordax Direct Inspect strongly preferred. Applicants need a strong understanding of Geometric Tolerancing, and the inspection of non-prismatic, odd shaped parts. Statistical Process Control background strongly desired.

DIRECT TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Prospect and develop new sales leads while assisting with maintenance on existing accounts through inside and outside sales activity.
Understand client needs and offer solutions that provide business and technical value. Identify new opportunities for business within the local market while increasing market share with current business partners.
Establish team-building initiatives with internal staff members to represent the company with a unified and professional vision.
Qualifications:
• Ability to demonstrate success in identifying, prospecting, closing, & maintaining accounts.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to show strong self-initiative and self-discipline.
• Comfortable working in both a supervised and unsupervised environment.
• Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, technical field or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of CNC Machining, Blue print reading, ISO, and related disciplines is desirable, but not required.
